Blac Chyna Scores Win In Rob Kardashian Lawsuit: E! Must Reveal Secret Documents

Blac Chyna scored a major legal victory in her bitter lawsuit against Rob Kardashian, as a judge forced the E! network to reveal their secret documents in the nasty case, RadarOnline.com can exclusively report.

The network that aired one season and then canceled Rob & Chyna fought against to keep her “talent agreement” under seal in the on-going legal battle with Kardashian and his momager Kris Jenner.

But the judge denied their request, ruling “E! Media Productions motion to seal is denied” in the minute order filed in Los Angeles Superior Court from the Wednesday, August 1 hearing.

“Chyna is always happy when she wins against Rob and his family in court,” an insider told RadarOnline.com.

Chyna has accused Kardashian, his overbearing mother and E! of conspiring to axe her highly-rated show.

She claimed E! pulled the plug after Kardashian posted a series of revenge porn videos and photos on the internet.

She also blamed his mother and sisters for manipulating the network into shutting down production on Rob & Chyna.

The network argued the talent agreement contained “confidential financial information,” that could be used against E! to “compete for talent, advertising and market share,” but the judge ruled that they were not allowed to seal the documents that revealed tricks of the trade.
