The MTV star told the officer he was arguing with his baby mama in the car. “He claimed that while he was in the passenger seat Harley was driving and they were verbally arguing when Harley hit him in the face with her right fist 2 to 5 times which is consistent with the injuries to his mouth,” the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department report stated.
Ortiz-Magro's injuries were described as “bleeding from inside mouth, left forearm cut, left hand bleeding, left arm scratch, road rash.”
On the police report obtained by RadarOnline.com it listed “alcohol” under “Drugs/Alcohol” for the star.
“There was blood all over the center consul inside of the car,” the report noted. Harley had been driving when she claimed Ortiz-Magro grabbed the steering wheel, causing her to drive “over the concrete median which flattened the tires on the passenger side."
Harley’s demeanor was described as “crying, hysterical,” when officers approached her. She told them she had a friend pick up their baby before the police arrived.
Her injuries were stated as “left arm cut,” according to the police report obtained by RadarOnline.com.
Under “Drugs/Alcohol” on the report it read “yes” for Harley.
"When he got out of the vehicle Harley drove away as he was holding onto the vehicle dragging him briefly which is how he got the injuries to his hand,” the report stated about Ortiz-Magro’s “road rash.”
Harley “had minor cuts, scratches and dried blood,” on her body but she “refused medical attention,” the police report stated.
“Based upon the above facts and circumstances I have probable cause to believe that a recent mutual battery occurred between both Jennifer Harley and Ronald Ortiz who are in a domestic relationship,” the police report stated.
Harley was deemed the primary aggressor in the fight, and was placed under arrest for domestic battery.
She was released from jail on June 26. She has not yet been charged with a crime.
