Ariana Grande isn’t laughing at the latest criticism aimed at her comedian fiancé, Pete Davidson.

Fans of the singer are up in arms after a tasteless joke Davidson made shortly after the bombing at Grande’s concert in Manchester, England resurfaced.

During a stand-up set last fall, before the two found love together, the Saturday Night Live actor touched on Grande’s growing fame and popularity, joking that “Britney Spears didn’t have a terrorist attack at her concert.”

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, the May 2017 bomb attack in England killed 22 people and injured over 800.

After the tasteless joke returned to the spotlight, a fan of Grande’s asked why she is still with the troubled funnyman.

“This has been v tough & conflicting on my heart,” Grande replied on Twitter. "He uses comedy to help ppl feel better ab how f-ed up things in this world are."

“we all deal w trauma differently," she continued. "I of course didn’t find it funny. it was months ago & his intention wasn’t/ is never malicious but it was unfortunate.”

Fans seemed to respond warmly to Grande's explanation, thanking her for responding.

The pop star responded in kind, telling them via tweet: “I hear and respect you all always."
