A-Rod’s Ex-Wife Allegedly Made ‘Disparaging Remarks’ About J.Lo Amid Nasty Lawsuit

Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...

Alex Rodriguez’s ex-wife Cynthia Scurtis is allegedly not a fan of sexy singer Jennifer Lopez!

RadarOnline.com has learned newly-resurfaced court documents claim A.Rod’s baby mama allegedly made “disparaging remarks” about J.Lo, 48, after claiming Rodriguez, 42, threatened to cut her child support payments for their two daughters.

The claims stem from Scurtis’ brother Constantine's 2014 civil lawsuit against Rodriguez, where he accused the baseball legend of fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, unjust enrichment and civil conspiracy related to a real estate company they started together in 2003.

According to the NY Daily News, Constantine Scurtis’ attorney, Joel Denaro, alleged that Rodriguez’s lawyer, Alan Kluger, “communicated” to Cynthia “that he had possession of communications in which Cynthia allegedly made disparaging remarks about Rodriguez’s current girlfriend, Jennifer Lopez."

Speaking of the child support drama, Scurtis’ father told reporters: "My daughter Cynthia approached me to tell me that Alex's attorney sent a letter to Cynthia's attorney advising her he wanted to cut payments. Alex is claiming he is not making as much money now as he was in the past."

A.Rod denied the claims in April, saying that he has always paid child support.

It was no specified what demeaning comments Scurtis made against Jennifer Lopez. Could it be she’s bitter over their wedding rumors?
