Phaedra Parks and Sheree Whitfield have been fired from The Real Housewives of Atlanta – and they aren’t turning to their businesses for income! RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal the former reality stars’ companies were dissolved by the state.

Parks’ company Sweet P Productions, Inc, which she launched on June 20, 2003, was dissolved by the state on December 7, 2016 after she failed to pay the annual registration after 2015.

As for Whitfield, the Georgia Secretary of State dissolved her retail company Bella Azul, Inc. on September 4, 2010.

“The last registration paid was in 2007,” a spokesperson told RadarOnline.com. “The Secretary of State dissolved the company due to non-payment of annual registration.”

Whitfield started the business on April 8, 2002.

Parks was fired from RHOA in 2017 when she was accused of starting a rumor that co-star Kandi Burruss wanted to drug and rape Porsha Williams.

As for Whitfield, Us Weekly reported in April that she was fired from the Bravo series.

Whitfield was allegedly let go because of her relationship with boyfriend Tyrone Gilliams, who is serving a 10-year prison sentence for wire fraud schemes.

“Bravo can’t film inside or even outside the jail. This is causing a problem with her storyline,” the source claimed.

They're not the only RHOA stars who have had dissolved businesses. As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Moore voluntarily terminated Moore Vision Media, Inc and it was dissolved on January 30, 2015.
