Wife Of Paula Patton's Boyfriend Say He Stole Thousands From Their Joint Bank Account

According to the affidavit, Mia Quittman filed for a temporary emergency order asking a judge to freeze financial accounts that she still shares with Zachary. In her declaration, Mia said Zachary withdrew $58,406 on April 16, 2018 and left her and their two kids with only $1,828.67 in the bank. She claims Zachary also cut off her access to all of their credit cards.

The former couple split on March 10, 2018 after nearly 12 years of marriage, and Mia filed for divorce on May 2, 2018, citing “irreconcilable differences." Patton, who divorced singer Robin Thicke on March 2015, raised some eyebrows after walking the red carpet with the still-married Quittman on April 19 while promoting her new movie, Traffik.

Mia and Zachary have two sons, Boden Kai, 11, and Konah Blue, 9.

"Following our separation and depletion of the joint checking account, Respondent (Zachary) has only been giving me less than $1,000 per month for the children and I to live off go while Respondent has been traveling and frivolously spending money on whatever he desires,” Mia said in her May 28, 2018 declaration.

In the court documents, Mia’s attorney, Joy Stanley, also said Mia recently discovered another account with a balance of $96,472.26 as of April 30, 2018. Stanley said Mia was also concerned that Zachary's “disregard for money” might cause the depletion of those funds as well.

“As explained above, there exists good cause to expedite the hearing on this matter, due to the great risk of Respondent absconding with the parties’ limited savings, as he has already drained one the the parties’ joint accounts, and is in control of the parties’ assets,” Stanley wrote in the affidavit.

A judge on May 29, 2018 denied Mia’s request for a temporary emergency restraining order to freeze their joint accounts without notifying or serving Zachary. However, the judge also left it open for Mia to file a regular noticed request for such an order.
