Pregnant & Poor? Kenya Moore Shuts Down Company Amid ‘RHOA’ Demotion

Kenya Moore lost her peach – and she doesn't have her production company to fall back on. After the pregnant reality star was demoted from The Real Housewives of Atlanta, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal she shut her business down.
According to papers obtained from the Georgia Secretary of State Corporations Division, Moore’s production company Moore Vision Media, INC became effective on March 29, 2014.
Moore voluntarily terminated the business and it was dissolved on January 30, 2015.
“All known debts, liabilities and obligations of the limited liability company have been paid,” the certificate of termination read. “There are no actions pending against the limited liability in court.”
The business bombshell comes after RadarOnline.com exclusively reported that she has been demoted on RHOA.
“Shooting starts in two weeks and Kenya will not hold a peach,” a source told RadarOnline.com. “Execs aren’t even sure if Kenya will be a ‘friend’ on the show. She’s been fired as a fulltime housewife. She just hasn’t delivered anything that people want to watch. So she’s out.”
Bravo execs made the call when she kept her secret wedding to new husband Marc Daly under wraps. Her shocking pregnancy at age 47 wasn’t enough to save her job.
“A final decision hasn’t been made on Kenya, but she is definitely not a full-time housewife," the source insisted.
Fortunately for Moore, she has been promoting her business Kenya Moore Haircare.
She has also been involved in scandal, as fans have been accusing her of faking her pregnancy. In her first bump photo, followers commented that she didn’t look pregnant.
“I thought you were pregnant? Oh I get it #TryingToStayRelevant,” one user wrote, while a second commented, “Where’s your baby bump?
She eventually deleted the photo.
Moore announced her pregnancy while filming the RHOA reunion in March.
A source told RadarOnline.com that her co-stars were skeptical about the news.
“Kenya didn’t look pregnant; all of the ladies have had kids and they totally didn’t believe her,” a source told RadarOnline.com of the reunion, which aired in April. “No one really believes Kenya is pregnant and the producers think that she said she was pregnant in order to get signed up for the next season. This was a last-ditch effort to get a contract.”
