On last season the reality star couple was caught on camera witnessing the birth of their baby girl via surrogate, Alexandra Trent. Trent claims in the lawsuit the couple made “crude and disgusting remarks about her genitalia and grooming in pursuit of (show) ratings.”

During the segment Jeff can be heard making snide remarks about Alexandra not “waxing” before the event, and Gage admitting he was freaked out at his first sighting of a woman’s vagina.

Now, a “humiliated and distraught” Alexandra is suing Bravo for “unlawful recording, invasion of privacy and fraud.”

Alexandra admits she agreed to be on Flipping Out but claims she did not give her consent for the birth to be filmed. "The producers agreed to that condition, but then filmed it surreptitiously from behind a curtain” in the delivery room, claims the court docs.
