Alan Thicke’s Widow Claims His Sons ‘Threatened’ Her In Battle For Fortune
The legal battle between Alan Thicke’s widow and his sons is getting nasty!
RadarOnline.com can exclusively report that Tanya Callau claimed in court documents last month that Brennan and Robin Thicke once threatened her amid their battle for the Growing Pains actor’s fortune.
“Alan’s sons threatened Tanya, falsely claiming that she had no legal right to arrange the burial site monument for Alan, which reads, ‘Proud Canadian, Adored by his wife, loved by his sons, family and friends. Forever missed.’”
Alan’s widow claimed in the docs that she “clearly” had the legal right to do so.
Also in the shocking documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Callau claimed Alan’s sons have failed to provide proof of the accounting within the actor’s trust fund. Callau’s attorney claimed the widow has asked the sons for accounting records three times since November 2017. Callau claimed she has yet to receive any.
Callau alleged Brennan and Robin are “misusing Trust assets for personal profit” while also denying her of money she is owed.
“Alan’s sons retaliated by, among other things, refusing to reimburse Tanya from the Trust for the monument,” the papers stated. “At the same time, it appears Alan’s sons reimbursed Robin approximately $105,000 for a ‘memorial party’ Alan’s sons threw the night before.”
Callau said the party took place while she was “suffering” her husband’s sudden death.

As RadarOnline.com readers know, the actor died of a heart attack at the age of 69.
This latest legal filing by Callau follows the drama that ensued last year, when Brennan and Robin filed a lawsuit against her claiming she and Alan’s prenuptial agreement from 2005 was invalid. The judge ultimately tossed out the suit.
