Teresa Giudice's husband Joe is currently serving a 41-month sentence in prison for conspiracy and bankruptcy fraud charges, but is her brother joining him behind bars? Joe Gorga exclusively revealed to RadarOnline.com if he was busted shoplifting.

Gorga, 38, was allegedly caught shoplifting at a New Jersey Home Depot, All About The Tea reported. The website claimed the store did not involve police and instead banned him from shopping at the location.

But The Real Housewives of New Jersey husband exclusively denied he committed the crime to RadarOnline.com.

"Yeah I got locked up, I'm going to do 30 years," he joked. "I mean come on. It's ridiculous!"

Melissa's husband added, "I'm in Home Depot ten times a day. I develop buildings. The managers, owners, everybody knows me. It's bulls**t."

Local Home Depot stores in the Franklin Lakes area were unable to confirm to RadarOnline.com that the incident took place.

Gorga even gave an update on his brother-in-law, who is currently serving his sentence at FCI Allenwood in Pennsylvania.

"Joe is doing good," he said, adding that he's visited him recently.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Gorga's wife was once arrested for shoplifting from a Florida department store in 1997.

"The defendant selected a blue shirt, valued at $24 and tore off the tag," the report stated. "Defendant then exited the store with the shirt in her hand. Once outside the store the defendant dropped the shirt in her purse. Defendant was apprehended and returned to the security office and the shirt was revoked."
