More Trouble! Sean Penn's Daughter Dylan Arrested For Public Intoxication Before DUI

RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal that Sean Penn and Robin Wright’s model daughter Dylan's problems with the law and liquor go back further than her shocking 2015 DUI arrest and rehab stint last summer.
Santa Monica Police Lieutenant Saul Rodriguez told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview that 27-year-old Dylan was arrested for public intoxication after getting into a brawl with her boyfriend back in the fall of 2013.
According to Lt. Rodriguez, shortly after midnight on Oct. 25 of that year, Dylan appeared to be intoxicated while walking down Main Street — an area known for it's bars and restaurants — when her boyfriend alerted police.
"The male flagged down our officer and told him that they were having some sort of problem," Lt. Rodriguez said. "Our officer got out, spoke to them, noticed that that Ms. Penn had been drinking, advised him to separate for the evening and possibly not stay together because they were in an argument."
The couple separated, and the officer left.
However, an hour after the incident, at around 1:30 a.m., the Santa Monica Police Department received a call regarding about another disturbance involving Dylan and her boyfriend.
"Police received notice that they were on the street regarding a possible argument that escalated into someone possibly being hit," Lt. Rodriguez told RadarOnline.com.
Officers arrived and determined that no one had been assaulted, but the initial officer that had run into Dylan and her boyfriend previously observed she was still intoxicated.
"The same officer responded and when he confronted her again, he noticed she was still under the influence and unable to care for herself," Lt. Rodriguez said. "It appeared it would've continued to escalate so she was taken into custody for being drunk in public."
No charges were filed, but that wasn’t the last brush with the law Wright and Penn’s troubled daughter would have.
As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, Dylan was arrested for driving under the influence in a boozy bust in 2015.
Her troubles continued and nearly two years later, she checked into rehab at a posh Arizona facility for six weeks in the summer of 2017.
Tragically, Dylan’s younger brother, Hopper, is also weathering his own fair share of legal and substance abuse drama.
The 24-year-old was arrested in April of this year for possession of one ounce of marijuana and mushrooms, which is considered a controlled substance.
Hopper was released on $25,000 bail, and his case is ongoing.
