Sean Penn's Daughter Dylan Secretly Arrested For DUI — Then Checks Into Rehab!

Exes Sean Penn and Robin Wright have more to worry about than just their son Hopper's drug possession arrest last month.

RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal that the former Hollywood couple's 27-year-old model daughter, Dylan Penn, was secretly arrested for driving under the influence in a boozy bust at nearly 4:30 am back in 2015.

Sadly her troubles continued, and nearly two years later, she checked into rehab at a posh Arizona facility for six weeks in the summer of 2017.

The officers pulled Dylan over to question her about the missing plates when they said they detected alcohol on her breath.

"While I was talking to Penn, I observed her eyes were watery and I detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from her breath and person," Officer Mitchell stated in the report.

The actress, donning a black jacket and gray jeans, was then instructed to answer a series of sobriety test questions, and was asked to perform tests she ultimately failed.

"I instructed Penn to position herself with her feet together and arms down to her sides," Officer Mitchell explained. " I asked Penn to stay in this position until I told her to begin the test. Penn began the test before being instructed to do so. Penn raised her right leg and swayed in an unpredictable manner deviating from center approximately 2 to 4 inches... On her second set of steps she stepped offline and almost fell over to her left."

"Penn exhibited the lack of ability to smoothly follow a moving stimulus..." Officer Mitchell continued. "Evidence of alcohol presence."

She insisted to cops she'd had just two beers, and had eaten an In N Out burger and fries five hours earlier.

But Dylan was then transported to the Santa Monica Police Department for a "chemical test." and according to the report, she had a blood alcohol level of more than twice the legal limit at .18.

She was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, and booked at the Santa Monica Police Department.

After initially pleading not guilty, Dylan pleaded no contest on January 19, 2016, and was ordered to 36 months of probation. She was also ordered to complete a three-month alcohol rehabilitation program.

But that wasn't the end of the drama.

After begging for an extension to complete her alcohol program in April 2017, Dylan checked into a high-end Arizona rehab facility on June 7, 2017 for a 45-day "addiction treatment program."

According to a letter from the facility provided to the court, Dylan was treated until at least July 22.

Months later, she failed to appear in court on November 17, 2017 to give proof she completed her initial three-month program, and a bench warrant was issued by $20,000.

But on January, 22, 2018, Dylan appeared in court with proof she completed the program. The bench warrant was revoked, and she remains on probation until January 2019.

Meanwhile, Sean and Robin's 24-year-old son, Hopper, was arrested back in April of this year for possession of one ounce of marijuana and a controlled substance, mushrooms. Hopper was released on $25,000 bail, and his case is ongoing.

Actor Sean recently admitted he and Robin rarely speak, and share different views on parenting.

“We have very separate relationships with our kids at this point and it seems to work better that way because they are making their own decisions," he told Marc Maron in March.
