Hope Speidi has a good babysitter…and a big bottle of aspirin. Just months after giving birth to baby boy Gunner, Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag are back to their partying ways!

In a clip exclusively obtained by RadarOnline.com, the new parents enjoy a high stakes game of beer pong, while planning a lavish party with entertaining expert David Tutera and his assistant, Montre Burton. Only, instead of downing a sip of beer, the loser must gulp a shot of some much harder liquor. While it's not clear if Heidi herself is drinking, needless to say, it doesn’t take long for some of the players to get tipsy.

“This is so not good,” a clearly drunk Tutera confesses to the camera.

“The problem is that even though I know I’m losing, which I think I’m winning because I’m drinking…I’m really losing a lot now, which means I’m really drinking too much,” Tutera tried to explain. “Which means that…what am I talking about?”

“He’s already drunk,” Montag is quick to point out.

Tutera was working with the reality show couple to plan Pratt’s graduation party.

It’s been a busy year for the duo, who welcomed Gunner into their lives last October. And Heidi has not been shy about letting the world know how proud she is to be a mom.

“The greatest joy and blessing in my life,” she shared on social media. “More love than I could have possibly imagined! I love, support, and appreciate women more than I ever have before. The strength and heart it takes every day. It has been more rewarding than I could have dreamed. God truly had made women to be extraordinary.”

Find out how Pratt’s party turns out when David Tutera’s CELEBrations airs Friday at 10/9c on WE tv.
