According to the lawsuit, Jane Doe is suing the defendants for sexual battery, gender violence, battery, assault, interference with exercise of civil rights, Ralph’s Civil Rights Act, intentional infliction of emotional distress and negligence.

The plaintiff alleges the singer and his friends acted maliciously on the night of February 23, 2017 to the early morning hours of February 24, 2017. The woman claims she and her then-roommate attended 1 Oak nightclub and were “lured to Brown’s residence and repeatedly sexually assaulted while falsely imprisoned in one of the bedrooms of Brown’s house.”

The women were directed to turn in their cell phones and deprived of leaving his residence, according to the court docs.

Plaintiff said the horrific acts began with Brown supplying “a copious amount of drugs and/or alcohol” including cocaine, molly and marijuana to his guests. Plaintiff said Brown “handed each female guest, including Plaintiff a clear pill filled with white powder” and told the females to “have a good time.”
