Bobbi Kristina’s Ex Nick Gordon Pleads Not Guilty To Violating No Contact Order
Bobbi Kristina’s ex Nick Gordon pleaded not guilty on Friday to violating a no contact order that banned him from seeing his girlfriend, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.
According to court documents in Seminole County, Florida, Gordon skipped out on attending Friday morning’s arraignment hearing and submitted a written plea to the court instead.
Gordon faced the charge of violation of condition of pretrial release after he was claimed to have visited his girlfriend, Laura Leal, after a judge ordered him to have no contact with her.
As RadarOnline.com readers know, Gordon was banned from seeing Leal after he was accused of striking her in the face in March. Gordon was charged with battery – but the charge was recently dropped after Leal denied Gordon hit her under oath.
An anonymous caller had tipped off police that Gordon and Leal reunited nine days after he was locked behind bars for the alleged battery.
He is scheduled to appear in court for a pre-trial conference on June 5.
