Abby Lee Miller's prison sentence is finally coming to an end tomorrow, but RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that the hardships are far from over for the cancer-stricken former Dance Moms star!

According to a prison insider, while Miller will technically complete her 366-day prison sentence, there are “certain conditions’ she must still adhere to!

And while taxpayers were fronting the bill for her cancer treatment, which consists of several rounds of radiation and chemotherapy so far, Miller will now have to pay her own medical bills!

“Abby has 48 hours to meet with her probation officer and it will have to be before 10 a.m. tomorrow morning,” the source told RadarOnline.com.

But because Miller — who was living in a halfway house outside of Los Angeles, Calif., prior to being admitted to the hospital — is reportedly unable to leave the hospital, they will have to come to her.

“More than likely the probation officer will come to her. She then transfers from being under the purview of the Bureau of Prisons and halfway house onto what is known as supervised release,” the insider added.

“In addition, Abby owes restitution to the prison. But she is ill, so that will be interesting to see how that plays out.”

As fans know Miller spent eight and a half months in prison after pleading guilty to one count of concealing bankruptcy assets, as well as not reporting an international monetary transaction.

Miller was transferred to a halfway house on March 27, where she was expected to serve the remainder of her sentence.

However, on April 17, Miller, 51, was forced to undergo surgery for a multi-level laminectomy and was ultimately diagnosed with Burkitt lymphoma, a rare and fast-growing cancer that affects the lymph nodes. She has been in the hospital ever since.
