Kanye West continued his social media shockers on Saturday by posting a media only tweet in which he wrote about the plastic surgeon who had operated on his mother before her controversial death.

The rapper, 40, posted a photo of doctor Jan Adams and wrote, "This is my album cover. This is plastic surgeon Jan Adams. The person who performed my moms final surgery. Do you have any title ideas? I want to forgive and stop hating."

The latest tweet from Kim Kardashian's husband, who has stunned followers by supporting President Donald Trump all week, should also blow up the internet! He appears to still be blaming Beverly Hills physician Adams for his mom's death—but striving to forgive him.

In 2007, Kanye's beloved mother Donda died of heart disease while suffering "multiple post-operative factors" after plastic surgery, according to the Los Angeles coroner at the time.

An autopsy failed to determine the exact role these factors played in her death following liposuction and breast-reduction surgery, officials said.

West, 58, died on Nov. 10, 2017 at Centinela Freeman hospital after friends and family made a frantic 911 call for help from her home in Playa Del Rey, Calif. Her famous son was devastated and has never gotten over her bizarre death.

Adams faced tremendous scrutiny after Donda died. But in 2015, after years of being blamed for her demise, Donda's surgeon gave an interview to Inside Edition to plead with Kanye to clear his name.

said that despite his recommendation that she recover in a medical facility, Donda insisted that her nephew, a nurse named Stephan Scoggins, care for her at home.

Donda died the day after her surgery, and Adams insisted that Scoggins is to blame. "What's Donda West's problem? Her nurse wasn't there. Her nurse was gone to a baby shower rather than take care of his aunt," he said.

The doctor explained to Inside Edition that Donda choked to death on vomit as she lay flat on her back. "This lady shouldn't be dead. All you had to do was sit her up. And every nurse on the planet knows that."

However, an investigation into Scoggins by a nursing review board was dismissed after failing to prove that he caused her death. But the coroner's report also failed to prove that Dr. Adams caused Donda's death.

In 2015, Adams begged Kanye to put an end to the speculation against him, claiming, "I think I was set up as the fall guy. Kanye West can end this by telling the truth. The doctor had nothing to do with his mom's death. The truth, when you bury it, it just grows bigger."

However, Kanye has now said he'll use Adams' photo on the cover of his album – as he also talks about trying to forgive and stop hating the doc!

Previously, the rap star poignantly said of the mother who was his biggest fan, "If I had never moved to L.A., she would still be alive."
