Sicko comic Bill Cosby can expect to face a grueling deposition in a civil lawsuit that was temporary halted by the Pennsylvania criminal case that led to his sex assault conviction, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

Spencer Kuvin, the lawyer for assault victim Chloe Goins, told RadarOnline.com he plans to ask a California judge to lift the stay in the civil case and immediately file a motion to grill the 80-year pervert under oath.

“Now that he has been convicted we are going to move to lift that stay so that we can take his deposition and move forward with the case,” Kuvin told RadarOnline.com.

“That’s going to be one of the first things we will be doing.”

Goins sued the former Jell-O pitchman for battery, gender violence and intentional infliction of emotional distress after allegedly spiking her drink during a party at the Playboy Mansion in 2008.

The then 18-year-old model woke to find Cosby’s mouth on her toes while he was touching himself.

Cosby was found guilty of three counts of aggravated indecent assault for a similar knockout drug attack of Andrea Constand in 2004 which could put him behind bars for up to 30 years.

Though his legal team vowed to appeal, Kuvin told RadarOnline.com it should not interfere with deposition.

“He has now been convicted and we will argue that any appeal has no bearing on allowing us to move forward with the deposition,” Kuvin told RadarOnline.com exclusively.

Meanwhile, Kuvin said his client was overjoyed by the jury verdict.

“The only thing she has ever wanted was to see Bill Cosby behind bars – and now this will happen. Whether it was her or Ms. Constand, who cares, she just wants to see the man that assaulted her in prison.”
