Sean Penn & Ex-Wife Robin Wright Don't Share 'Same Ethical Views' After Nasty Divorce

Sean Penn opened up about his rocky relationship with ex-wife Robin Wright in a shocking interview with comedian Marc Maron on his
"We don't not get along," the actor admitted. "We have very separate relationships with our kids at this point and it seems to work better that way because they are making their own decisions. As it turned out she and I did not share the same ethical views on parenting, including the continuing parenting of adult children."
Penn, 57, also admitted that he and his baby mama "don't have a lot of conversation," after divorcing in 2010 following 14 years of marriage.
The actor didn't speak more about how he and the House Of Cards star differ in terms of parenting, though he did say his relationship with kids Dylan, 26, and Hopper, 24, is "going great."
"They're amazing people," Penn said. "They're both acting and modeling, an industry that I'm not very interested in but they seem to have fun with it."
RadarOnline.com readers know that Sean Penn was previously married to Madonna before entering a tumultuous, decades-long relationship with Robin Wright, 51. He later began dating Charlize Theron, and is now seeing Saint Laurent VIP relations manager Clement Giraudet.
While Penn told Maron that he's become more skeptical of love, he assured that he'll never be "closed off" to it, and if he's lucky to find a person who "makes life better the next day," he will "grab it."
