Mary Kay Letourneau’s Husband ‘Impaired By Alcohol’ At DUI Crash
Mary Kay Letourneau’s husband was arrested for DUI and RadarOnline.com obtained exclusive details from the crash report from the incident.
Vili Fualaau, 34, rammed into two cars stopped at a traffic light in Burien, Washington, near where he lives with the wife that spent six years in prison for their illegal relationship.
“The driver of Unit 1 was impaired by alcohol and struck the rear of Unit 2,” the police collision report obtained by RadarOnline.com stated about Fualaau who was driving a Mercury Mountaineer.
“The impact caused Unit 2 to strike the rear of Unit 3.”
Fualaau was arrested after police arrived on the scene. They reportedly observed his bloodshot eyes, dazed expression and slurred speech and he agreed to take a breathalyzer test.
Before the test was administered his wife Letourneau arrived on the scene and told him to wait for their attorney.
He took a blood test at the police station two hours later and his blood alcohol level was reportedly .08 and he had THC in his system.

He was booked into jail, posted bond and was released.
Fualaau and Letourneau planned to divorce in 2017 but changed their minds and remained married.
He told RadarOnline.com at the time that he wanted to open a marijuana business, but he needed a clean slate and Letourneau’s arrest record could have prevented him from obtaining a business license.
