Luann De Lesseps Rejects Plea Deal In Drunken Assault Case

Luann de Lesseps has turned down a plea deal in her drunken assault case, RadarOnline.com can confirm.

"We extended a plea offer," a Palm Beach County State Attorney's Office spokesperson told RadarOnline.com exclusively. "The defense has decided not to accept the offer, and to proceed with discovery."

In a Florida courtroom today, the Real Housewives of New York star's attorney waived a speedy trial and set a status check for April 13.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, the 52-year-old divorcee is currently on a girls' getaway to Cartagena, Colombia, with the cast.

Though she was expected to cut the trip early to attend the hearing, her lawyer showed up on her behalf.

The reality mom was infamously arrested for disorderly conduct and assaulting a cop, a felony, in a Palm Beach hotel room on December 23.

She faces prison time for the charges.
