As the episode ended, Zolciak and her husband decided to sleep on making their decision of what to do about Sinn; she said, "Ultimately, Kroy will make the decision," because Biermann had witnessed the aftermath of the dog attack.

CCTV footage on the Bravo series showed Biermann running to the car with Kash, 4, in his arms right after the attack by their dog.

Zolciak, 39, Biermann, 32, were in tears remembering the incident that shocked fans and he said, "All I could see was dripping blood everywhere."

In an attempt to explain why their previously placid dog got violent, the former football player and dad said he had been using a leafblower at the time, which Sinn "wasn't a fan of."

Biermann told the Don't Be Tardy cameras that he had his back turned so he didn't see the dog attack Kash. But after hearing his little boy screaming and Sinn barking, he whipped around to see Kash holding his bloodied face in his hands.

Biermann said he saw multiple lacerations on Kash's face -- and believed his son was missing an eye!

Crying Zolciak recalled, "I knew the severity of it when my husband just has tears streaming down his face."

The two didn't know for seven hours if Kash would be blind in the affected eye. But luckily, doctors informed the Biermanns that their son would fully recover. The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Zolciak emotionally opined, "It makes you realize your health, and the health of my children and husband is all that matters. Everything else is just gravy."

Also on the Tardy episode, Zolciak's eldest daughter, Brielle, told her boyfriend Michael Kopech about the scary dog attack over FaceTime. "If it was a centimeter above he would have lost his eye. His whole eyelid was hanging off," Brielle shuddered about brother Kash. Brielle said she was a little worried for the dog too, expecting him to be "dead or gone" after the incident.

Kopech said of family patriarch Biermann, "'I don't know if he hates or will kill Sinn... but he's probably pretty p*ssed at him." On camera, Zolciak and her husband discussed what to do about the dog.

While Biermann wanted to destroy the pet, Zolciak was worried about Kash, who loved the dog and was "constantly asking for him." Her hubby said of Sinn, "I hate him. I hate him right now. The minute it happened, there was one option: put him down."

There was more drama on the show as Zolciak dissed her estranged mother Karen, who had learned about the attack on TV and texted her daughter asking her to "call her sometime." Zolciak raged, "She's never even met Kash. I don't give two f**ks about my mom texting right now." Kash, however, was gutsy in dealing with his injury.
