Ravenel and Dennis have been fighting  over Kensie, 3, and St. Julien, 1, since their 2016 split.

Their battle took a shocking turn at the Southern Charm season three reunion when Ravenel accused her of failing a drug test and Dennis accused him of being an "alcoholic" Instead. She later accused him of using mushrooms and cocaine in front of their tots.

RadarOnline.com previously reported that Thomas served a 10-month prison sentence after being busted for cocaine in 2007. He was South Carolina's State Treasurer at the time.
