Not ‘Tardy!’ Kim & Kroy Fire Back In Holiday Decorator Lawsuit

Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann aren’t coughing up any cash for their holiday decorations, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal!
The reality stars were first sued for failing to pay their $6,000 bill in March. Then, they neglected to file their own paperwork in the suit, and Kroy was served shortly after young son Kash’s horrific dog attack in May.
But Kim, 39, and Kroy, 31, finally claimed in Fulton County, Georgia court documents filed on June 19 that they want to “dispute the total amount charged.” However, the Don’t Be Tardy stars did not say how much their bill should have been for.
They also asked the court to dismiss the lawsuit, and to have their decorator pay for their legal fees.
The couple is currently filming for season 6 of Don’t Be Tardy, but it is unknown if the lawsuit will be a storyline.
Kim was previously sued by a party planner for $3,000 after Brielle’s 11th birthday party aired on The Real Housewives of Atlanta’s first season.
