Pay Up! Judge Orders Tori To Settle $220K Bill
Tori Spelling’s money troubles just got a whole lot worse!
RadarOnline.com has confirmed that the mother of five was just hit with a whopping $220,000 default judgment by a Los Angeles judge.
As RadarOnline.com previously revealed, Spelling, 44, and her husband, Dean McDermott, are locked in a bitter battle with City National Bank, who sued them in December for failing to pay off a $400,000 loan.
The couple was “properly served with Plaintiff City National Bank’s Complaint for Damages and that the Defendants failed to answer,” the Default Judgment documents obtained by RadarOnline.com state.
The couple missed their subpoenaed court appearance on May 22 and so the judge ordered them to pay City National Bank $202,066.10, according to the documents obtained by RadarOnline.com.
“It is hereby further ordered that Plaintiff City National Bank shall be awarded a judgment from and against Victoria Spelling in the sum of $17,730.56,” the court papers also stated.
The daughter of vastly wealthy Aaron Spelling was left almost nothing in his will and she has had financial troubles for years.
