Kanye West has been released from the hospital after his 5150 hold, RadarOnline.com has confirmed.

West, 39, was admitted to UCLA Medical Center last Monday, after a meltdown at trainer Harley Pasternak's home.

"He is out and at home," one source close to the Kardashians revealed.

Another said that West's wife has gone radio silent, focusing only on her husband's recovery.

"Kim isn't responding to anyone," the insider said. "She's gone quiet."

Sources previously told RadarOnline.com that West and Kardashian are both expected to attend therapy following the incident, which came only weeks after Kardashian's Paris robbery.

An insider said they will also attend couple's therapy as well.

"Kanye is only leaving under the condition he will be strictly monitored by a team of nurses," the source insisted.

Story developing.
