Todd Kohlhepp, Kala Brown's kidnapper, has been charged with four counts of murder in the 2003 quadruple killings at the Superbike Motorsports shop in Chesnee, South Carolina, the Associated Press reports.
The case remained unsolved for 13 years until Brown was found alive on Kohlhepp's 95-acre property.
According to the Spartanburg County sheriff's investigative report, Kohlhepp "confessed to investigators that he killed" the owner, service manager, mechanic and bookkeeper working at the shop in 2003. The 45-year-old provided details "that only the killer would know" about the killings, the report stated.
Meanwhile, Kohlhepp is expected to be charged in the murder of Brown's boyfriend, Charles Carver, whose body was discovered in a shallow grave on the property.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, South Carolina police found Kala Brown, a woman who had been missing for two months, "chained up like a dog" inside a metal storage container on his land late last week.
According to ABC News, Spartanburg County investigators were searching the premises when they heard "banging" coming from inside the storage unit, measured at approximately 30 feet by 15 feet.

Inside the padlocked container, they discovered Brown with a chain around her neck, Sheriff Chuck Wright revealed.
Police later arrested Kohlhepp, a realtor and registered sex offender, revealing that Brown helped him clean houses for before showings and the two were likely friends.
Brown and Carver first disappeared in August. Police said Brown is "alive and well" but understandably "traumatized." The 30-year-old told investigators she had been fed regularly while being held captive. She is currently undergoing treatment at a hospital nearby.
According to several reports, he is due in court for a bond hearing after confessing to the 2003 cold case murders.
