Cough Up The Cash! Kim & Kroy's Former Housekeeper SUED For Unpaid Wages
Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann weren't "Tardy for the Party" — but a former housekeeper claimed they were behind on paying her!
RadarOnline.com obtained the disgruntled employee's explosive court filing, and can exclusively reveal that Zolciak, 38, and Biermann, 31, failed to pay the wage they agreed upon.
The housekeeper claimed she was owed $750 in principal sums, $100 in interest and $100 in transportation costs for work performed in April 2015.
"After several attempts to collect the money for the week I worked in Biermann's residence as a housekeeper without any response, I decided to use this way," the employee wrote in her claim. "I have bills waiting to be paid."
But, Zolciak claimed in her response that she paid the housekeeper $725, and had the check to prove it!
A judge later ruled that Zolciak needed to pay the extra $25 — and her attorney's fees would not be covered as requested.
