Ramona Singer is a free woman at last, RadarOnline.com has learned!

The Real Housewives of New York star's divorce from her cheating husband Mario was finalized on September 21. The couple has been split for over two years.

RadarOnline.com exclusively reported that their union was dissolved on November 24, but now the 59-year-old is revealing that they were still legally married due to courtroom mistakes.

"We signed off on a divorce agreement last September," she told to E!

"Unfortunately, it took the judge over a year to sign off on it due to paperwork glitches," she explained. "I found out yesterday from my attorney, who sent it to me along with a keychain that says, 'The divorce is final.'"

"I feel phenomenal," Ramona added. I look better than ever and I'm happier than ever. I'm going out with a girlfriend tonight so I guess, yes, I am celebrating."

"Most marriages don't last 20-plus years," she concluded. "Look at Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie."
