As Dance Moms star Abby Lee Miller awaits sentencing on Oct. 11 after being charged with 20 counts of fraud and violating federal currency laws, RadarOnline.com has exclusively obtained a shocking interview today of her first and only interview since the ruling on June 27.

Miller, 49, said, "I am scared to death," during a tear-filled interview for the podcast Allegedly with Theo Von and Matthew Cole Weiss.

Miller was convicted of laundering more than $120,000 into the U.S. from Australia in zip lock bags in their luggage. As part of evidence used against her, were texts sent by Miller which read: "Need a little money laundering" and "We have all this foreign cash."

After pleading guilty to one count of concealing bankruptcy assets and one count of not reporting an international monetary transaction, Miller took responsibility for her actions and added that it is her "sense of humor" that is getting her through this difficult time. She faces up to three years in prison after the plea deal.

"My support system used to be the moms on Dance Moms, but not anymore," Miller said, adding, "I hope to be an example to others on what happens if you do not truly pay attention to your finances."
