"I was a little upset with last night's episode because unfortunately a good chunk of the proposal had to be edited out," the 25-year-old confessed. "I think @c3peteo did so amazing that I couldn't not post the full story (again) today."
"We were filming our walk around Hoboken before dinner (I was told by production that we would walk around Hoboken for a little bit... talk about apartments… as well as go look at one that we had been looking at... and then we would have our date night at a restaurant near by sic) when we decided to check out this pier," she explained.
"As we approached the end of it I remember thinking how cute all of the locks were on it," she added. "I said to Pete that we should get one and come back one day. He said it was funny I said that because he had actually brought one with him. It was then that he pulled a lock out of his pocket!"
"He wrote our names on it and then asked me if I wanted to write the date," she continued. "While doing that he was saying very sweet things. I could tell he was nervous but I thought he was just uncomfortable filming maybe? Especially because it was an intimate moment. We locked the lock on the gate together. And then all of the sudden that's when he told me he loved me and asked me to marry him."
"Unfortunately the entire scene with the lock had to be cut because Hoboken has a new rule that frowns upon people placing locks on that pier," she concluded. "If I'm not mistaken all of those locks have since been removed (makes me sad). Because of this... Bravo didn't feel comfortable airing it as to not upset the city of Hoboken by promoting the act. I understand. I just felt bad that y'all didn't get to see the full effect of what Pete did because it was so cute."
She followed the blast with a telling meme — potentially aimed at RHONJ producers.
Holmes is known for her volatile social media posts, especially aimed at her mom's frenemy Teresa Giudice.
