Teresa Giudice isn't just back to her lavish lifestyle on The Real Housewives of New Jersey — she's back in debt too, RadarOnline.com has learned!
A federal tax lien was filed against Giudice, 44, and her husband Joe, 44, on June 15, 2016 for $219,804.38. A Morris County clerk confirmed that the case is open.

Another lien for $243,425.50 was filed against the Giudices on April 29, 2016 — just one month after Joe began his 41-month prison sentence.

RadarOnline.com previously reported that Giudice's bankruptcy case was reopened earlier this year — on the same date the first lien against the couple was filed.
The Turning the Tables author admitted on WWHL that "pretty much all her businesses went to sh*t" when she behind bars, and she was struggling to pay off her debt.

Giudice was a cookbook author, Fabellini connoisseur and Milania hair care specialist before her 11-and-a-half month sentence.
She also brought in a paycheck for The Celebrity Apprentice, where she raised $70,000, but didn't get to keep a penny.
