Dead Broke Dance Mom? Kendall Vertes' Mom Jill Busted For Writing Bad Checks

The Dance Moms financial scandals keep on coming! RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal Kendall Vertes' mother Jill was once busted for writing bad checks.

According to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania criminal docket, Vertes was charged with writing bad checks on May 29, 2005.

The charge was eventually withdrawn when she paid a case balance on October 11, 2005.

Vertes paid a total of $43.05 in county court, state court and commonwealth fees.

The latest financial bombshell comes after dance teacher Abby Lee Miller plead guilty for one count of not reporting an international monetary transaction and one count of concealing bankruptcy assets.

Miller, 49, faces up to 30 months behind bars when she's sentenced on October 11.

Vertes also joins Maddie Ziegler's mother Melissa Gisoni, who filed for bankruptcy in 2009. She owed $1,214,284.10 to creditors before the case was discharged in 2010.

But the bankruptcies don't end there. Cast member Ashley Allen owed $1,405,903.80 in her 2008 filing, while mini team cast member Sari Lopez was $231,109.15 in debt for her 2005 filing. Both bankruptcy cases were discharged.

The new season of Dance Moms airs September 6 at 9/8c on Lifetime.
