What's in a name? Bristol Palin continued her ceasefire with her ex-fiancé Dakota Meyer when she agreed to change what she'll call their daughter.

Court documents reveal that Palin, 25, is legally switching her daughter Sailor Grace's last name from Palin to Meyer, including on the baby's birth certificate.

"Bristol consented to the change of name some time ago," Palin's attorney revealed to People in a statement.

The lawyer added that the formerly warring exes are also now "talking directly and just being parents without involving the lawyers."

As RadarOnline.com reported, Meyer, 27, flew up from Kentucky, where he lives, to Alaska in order to spend Mother's Day with Palin and nearly five-month-old Sailor.

Palin posted a happy family photo to Instagram of herself and Meyer showing off the little girl with the hashtag "co-parenting."

Do you think the couple's ceasefire will last? Weigh in with your thoughts in the comments below.
