Teresa Giudice is finally back with her family after a stint in a Connecticut prison, but she's quickly discovering that all isn't okay in New Jersey.

"It's been a whirlwind since I've been home," 43-year-old Teresa, who served almost a year for bankruptcy, wire and mail fraud at Danbury Federal Correctional Institution, confessed in the new issue of People.

The worst part for the Turning the Tables: From Housewife to Inmate and Back Again author? Finally coming to terms with her husband Joe Giudice's drinking.

"He was always home. He wasn't driving. But he drinks a lot. He's gonna get into, God willing, the right alcohol program," insisted Teresa of her husband, who makes his own homemade chardonnay.

"I want him to do a program; let's just leave it at that," she continued. "He's no abusive or anything, thank God, but he drinks every day. That's not good. It's not good for your liver."

It seems Joe, 45, is at least receptive to getting help once he's behind bars. "I'm looking at it like a rehabilitation for me," he confessed of checking into prison this March to serve his 41-month sentence.
