Joe and Teresa Giudice's romantic New Year's celebration has been ruined by cameras from the Real Housewives of New Jersey, RadarOnline.com has learned, because producers refuse to leave the couple alone!

The newly reunited pair had been hoping to "have a romantic and quiet New Year's Eve night at the house, without the girls, and most importantly, no cameras," an insider explained.

"Real Housewives of New Jersey filming is in full swing, and cameras have been at the house almost non-stop since Teresa returned home."

"Teresa asked if they could have the night off, and was told no," the source said. "This was especially upsetting for Joe, because he just wants to have some alone time with his wife."

Indeed, up until now all of the big moments since Teresa's release from prison have taken place under the watchful eye of the ever-present cameras.

From her arrival at the New Jersey mansion, to her Christmas Eve reunion with frenemy sister-in-law Melissa Gorga, there has been no respite from filming.

The source added, "Teresa will continue to be the professional she always has been and will do what is asked of her. At some point, though, the cameras will need to go to give her time with the family!"
