Kim Kardashian has chosen godparents for her new son Saint West and the choice may have some of her family members outraged! has exclusively learned from a source close to the Keeping up with the Kardashians family that Kim and her rapper baby-daddy Kanye West chose Kourtney Kardashian to be the child's godmother.

"Kim and Kanye both really feel that Kourtney is perfect to be Saint's godmother," the insider said.

As previously reported, Kourtney – who recently launched her own motherhood-oriented mobile app – has three children with newly sober Scott Disick, 32: Mason, 5, Penelope, 3 and son Reign who is just shy of one year's old.

However, it's not only Kourtney's mommying skill that inspired Kim and her 38-year-old rap icon hubby to choose her as Saint's godmother.

"Kourtney was just the obvious choice for her son. Kim really wants each of her sisters to be involved in her children's lives," the source told

Keeping Up With the Kardashians

As previously reported, Kim's younger sister Khloe became the godmother of Kim's first child, North West, 2, when the family recently visited Jerusalem, where North was baptized.

"North absolutely loves her cousins and they act like they are all siblings rather than cousins."

As for the godfather, the source said Kim has yet to reveal her choice to the family.
