RadarOnline.com has learned that several stars of the Real Housewives of New York City are in the middle of a major contract war with Bravo.
According to a production source, Bethenny Frankel, Carole Radziwill and Dorinda Medley have scored season contracts. But the network hasn't offered the remaining ladies the same courtesy.
"The network is offering Ramona Singer, Countess LuAnn de Lesseps, and Sonja Morgan a daily shoot rate, which means they each would be paid only per day that they actually film," the source tells Radar. "They never had these type of contracts before."
The women have now "banded together" to fight for their rights.
"Ramona, Sonja and LuAnn want seasonal contracts like they had before and like the other women are getting," the source says. "It's not fair that the other girls are getting seasonal contracts."
"A daily shoot rate is not a contract term you give to seasoned ladies who have been part of the show since the beginning," the source insists. "There would be now show without Ramona, Sonja or LuAnn!"
