Caitlyn Jenner and her new gal pals are on board for the second season of I Am Cait, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal.
"Filming begins in November," a show insider tells RadarOnline.com.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, the 65-year-old reality star needed a "breather" after filming the first season, but now, insiders say, she's excited to give the E! show another go.
"Caitlyn was really upset about the low ratings, but she had the time of her life filming and bonding with her new friends," the insider says.
Also, the trans icon understands that the series, which also features the women visiting LGBT centers and meeting transgender teens, is about more than just her story.
"She knows that the show is creating a livelihood for many trans women who appear on it," the source explains. "This is her way of giving back."
Jenner's close friends— activist Chandi Moore, professor and author Jennifer Finney Boyle, and actress Candis Cayne— are all signed on to return, the source confirms.
And producers are also looking for new trans women to join the group.
So what will fans witness on season two? According to the source, filming will kick off with a major road trip across multiple states.
But while RadarOnline.com has reported Jenner is dabbling in online dating, she's hesitant to allow cameras in on her romantic life.
"She's still really uncomfortable discussing her sexuality," the insider reveals.
However, stunning single star Cayne, 44, is happy to fill that void for producers.
"Her search for love will be covered in great detail," the source adds. "They have to have someone dating on the show!"
