Lindsay Lohan is finally done with her eight years of probation and she's let the party begin!

Just days after completing her community service in Brooklyn, Lohan was spotted smoking cigarettes and drinking wine with her boyfriend, Mathia Milani, in Venice, Italy.

“She's happier than ever,” Dina Lohan, exclusively tells RadarOnline.com of her daughter.

And in a sign that the 28-year-old actress could be getting back on the right track, her mom reveals she's “getting movie offers right and left.”

However, time will tell if still boozing Lohan, who has dealt with a slew of alcohol related problems over the years, can continue to drink and move forward with her life.

As RadarOnline.com reported through the years, Lohan who used to attend Alcoholics Anonymous meetings, has ended up in rehab multiple times, was arrested twice for DUI, and once plead no contest to misdemeanor cocaine charges.

However, these and other more recent issues are now behind her since she completed her 125 hours of community service last month and is no longer on probation.
