Kim Richards might escape jail time for her recent drunken arrest, but she could be facing an even worse humiliation: RadarOnline.com has learned that the Beverly Hills Hotel has jaw-dropping surveillance camera footage of her messy meltdown. Could it see the light of day?

As RadarOnline.com reported, Richards, 50, was arrested at the iconic property on April 16 during a drunken meltdown in the storied Polo Lounge. And perhaps unsurprisingly for the reality star, there were cameras rolling during the whole thing.

"There is incriminating surveillance video that Kim wouldn't want anyone to see," an insider told RadarOnline.com. "Cameras captured the fracas she created in the lobby area before being arrested."

The hotel has already decided not to pursue legal action against Richards, who already faces charges of public intoxication and assaulting a police officer. But could they release the footage?

The insider said, "No, there's no plan to do that. Not unless it was used at her trial."

Richards' attorneys pleaded not guilty to the charges on her behalf on June 11. The RHOBH star was not present, having checked into a new rehab just hours before.

Her next hearing will be on July 16.
