One of V. Stiviano’s Alleged Attackers Arrested in New York City!

One of the two men who had reportedly punched Donald Sterling’s alleged mistress in the face has been arrested in New York City.
The suspect in custody is 40-year-old Dominick Diorio who has since been charged with third degree assault as a hate crime and harassment after allegedly attacking V Stiviano Sunday night outside the Gansevoort Hotel in the Meatpacking District of New York City, ABC News reports.

“Other disgusting slurs were made against her. She was able to run away and several onlookers then began attempting to apprehend the two men.”

After the alleged attack, Stiviano was taken to the hospital to assess for possible injuries. Her face was reportedly “red and swollen,” but she will make a full recovery.
