The newlyweds flew by private jet to Cork, Ireland Sunday afternoon. A fleet of cars then drove them, their mounds of luggage, plus assistants and bodyguards to the five star resort about 30 minutes from Cork City.
Part of the resort dates back to the 17th century, while its more modern conveniences include a spa, four restaurants and a golf course.
The newlyweds also plan on a day in Dublin before they return home.
Ireland tourism marketing executive Mark Henry told the Daily Mail, "We're working hard to produce a guide for their fans about where they are, or rather where they might be."
