‘RHONJ' Tragedy: Melissa Gorga Reveals Her Aunt Passed After Cancer Battle

Real Housewives of New Jersey star Melissa Gorga is mourning the loss of her beloved aunt who lost her battle with cancer this week, RadarOnline.com has learned.
“We are saying goodbye to her today. Forever in our hearts,” Gorga tweeted on Feb. 19.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Gorga’s aunt began chemotherapy earlier this month after being diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer, and the heartbreaking news has been difficult for Gorga.
“She’s really close to her,” a source close to the family exclusively told RadarOnline.com. “It’s sad.”
As support from fans poured in, Gorga thanked everyone for their positive messages.
“Can’t thank you enough for all your thoughts and prayers,” she wrote.
“You are truly such compassionate beautiful people. Xo.”
