She insists she's not a racist but comments Brandi Glanville recently made about one of her The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills castmates have cost the reality star a well-paying gig at a Florida casino.
On Saturday, the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Tampa announced it had dropped Glanville from a party that night where the resort unveiled a calendar featuring its employees.
"As a company who prides itself on its core values of 'Love All, Serve All,' SHRHC has decided to proceed with the planned party without Ms. Glanville's appearance due to recent developments that include remarks towards African Americans made by Ms. Glanville on her hit Bravo TV show Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
"Until this situation is behind her, our organization feels it's best to reinforce our culture and values at this time, which consist of love and respect for all," said President John Fontana.
During the December 9 episode of RHOBH, Glanville appeared intoxicated at a pool party with her castmates, and when Joyce Giraud revealed she couldn't swim, Glanville blurted out, "You're black!"
After several moments of stunned silence, Giraud shot back, "Yes, I'm black. What's your problem? Puerto Ricans are black, they're Indian and they're Spanish. So I am a mix of three cultures and I'm very proud to represent all three."
Glanville swears she didn't mean the comments in any racist way, explaining -- as only she could -- that "all my black friends can't swim."
Several other Housewives jumped into the fray, with Miami's Joanna Krupa and Atlanta's Kenya Moore taking Glanville to task.
Glanville apparently was already in Florida when the Hard Rock canceled her invite. Sunday morning she tweeted,
"I had a great time in Florida but sadly I didnt make out with any1 although I am single and I could have- or get drunk -liars can f**k off."
Classy.
