Kim Zolciak Shows Off Massive Bare Baby Bump

Kim Zolciak is due to give birth to twins any day and decided to share with her followers just how she's looking by posting pics of her seriously huge bare baby bump.

"Sooooo with all the request I finally decided to post My baby bump today! The twins will here this month and we are soooo excited and I'm soooo over being pregnant! #countingdowntheday" the former The Real Housewives of Atlanta on Sunday.

Zolciak wed Atlanta Falcons player Kroy Biermann two years ago and immediately had two sons.  That will be four kids in just two years when the twins are born!

Zolciak also has two older children from previous partners.
