Kanye West must be really anxious to get rid of his Hollywood Hills bachelor pad....aquarium and all.
Now that he and his baby mama, Kim Kardashian, have purchased and are renovating a mansion as their new home with baby North, the rapper is being more pro-active than ever in getting rid of his rather unique pre-Kardashian pad.
The super modern three bedroom house in the hills is completely controlled via a computer system.
The master bedroom has a walk-in closet bigger than most NYC apartments and - get this - there's a floor to ceiling aquarium in the master bath!
West briefly listed the place in 2010 for $3,995,000. He put it back on the market this February for $3,300,000. Still no takers so in early summer he lowered the price to $3,150,000, according to the real estate listing service, Redfin. On September 24, a new price popped up. It's now a bargain at $2,995,000.

Kim has already unloaded her bachelorette pad. Work on their new home should be completed before the end of the year.
