It was a perfect storm as two of the most talked about women in the world set their heartbreak aside to party in Las Vegas.

Khloe Kardashian joined her sisters Kourtney, Kendall, and Kylie to chat and pose with Miley Cyrus backstage during her eye-popping appearance at the iHeartRadio Music Festival on Saturday night.  Only the new mom, sister Kim,  was missing from the group.

Troubled Khloe, whose marriage to Lamar Odom is on the rocks after his serial cheating and drug use, was smiling again as she mingled with her sisters and Cyrus.

Cyrus, who recently announced her split from actor Liam Hemsworth, was crying during her concert but then put her emotion aside to give a now-typical twerky, over-the-top performance.

The Kardashians didn't raise an eyebrow at Cyrus' wild getup, which, as RadarOnline.com has already reported, featured a see-through white net dress that exposed her black nipple pasties and dominatrix-style panties.

Khloe,looking sexy and pulled together in a black leather dress, was seen laughing with Cyrus, and later, she also blew photographers a kiss.
