Former Reality TV Dad Hits New Low! Jon Gosselin Allegedly Pulls Gun On Photographer

UPDATE 1:56 pm PT -- Jon Gosselin has confirmed he fired a warning shot to scare off a trespassing paparazzo, saying in an interview: "I am licensed to carry a concealed handgun, which I withdrew and used to fire a warning shot AWAY from the paparazzo. It is well within my rights under Pennsylvania law when someone is trespassing on private property."

The news about Jon Gosselin only gets worse.
The former reality TV dad, who recently admitted he was working as a waiter and not paying ex-wife Kate Gosselin any child support, allegedly threatened a photographer with a gun after she followed him home in Pennsylvania on Friday.

Gosselin reportedly pulled a gun from his pants, warned the snapper about trespassing, and fired a warning shot.
According to reports, the photographer is planning to file a police report against the former Jon & Kate Plus 8 star, 36.

And his ex-wife Kate is currently suing him for allegedly working with an author to expose her secrets.
