Teresa Giudice isn't letting some pesky federal charges slow her down.

Just hours after appearing in court Wednesday, The Real Housewives of New Jersey spitfire was back on the chain gang, signing and shilling her new cookbook at Wayne, New Jersey's Posche Boutique, where she told Entertainment Tonight she was trudging on with her head held high for the sake of her girls.

"I'm not going to stop working," she said. "It's a good example to show to my daughters that Mommy's a business woman and hopefully they'll follow in my footsteps."

The Celebrity Apprentice star told the show she and her husband Joe, despite their current legal battles, are looking to get in the restaurant business in the near future.

"We'll see what happens," said Teresa, who just hours earlier in the day had pleaded not guilty to a number of federal fraud charges alongside her husband Joe.

As we previously reported, the Bravo stars, in a 39-count indictment, are accused of conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud, bank fraud, making false statements on loan applications and bankruptcy fraud.
